THE PERFECT PSA GROOVE – suggest a song!

[+/-] show/hide

Have you noticed WFHB public service announcements almost always use music by local artists? Do you know of a song that would sound good in a PSA? We want YOUR suggestions so click on “comments” and tell us the artist, album, and song title of the music you want to suggest. Keep in mind we need the song to have a good 45 seconds or so of instrumental (no vocals) or at least a twenty-second snippet we can loop. Below you will see the music cuts currently featured in our public service announcements. WFHB gives preference to local artists for PSAs and we encourage you to support your local music scene!

SUGGEST A PSA TOPIC FOR WFHB–CLICK COMMENT!

[+/-] show/hide

Here are the current public service announcements running on community radio WFHB. Got a suggestion for a PSA? Just click “comment” and leave us a note! We check the comments regularly and our volunteer staff will consider all suggestions.
NOTE: As a general rule we won’t do PSAs about specific events as that coverage is already provided via our event calendars and public affairs programming. Try to think of your suggestion as a “nomination” for an organization that could benefit from the on-going airtime a PSA provides.
